Tutt Splawn of Gilmer, Texas passed away Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Pittsburg Nursing Center. She was 65. Patsy was born March 14, 1945 in De Kalb, Texas to K.C. and Opal Whitecotton Tutt. She was a Realtor and attended First Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Pittsburg, Texas. She is survived by a son, Joe Perry Peace of Gilmer, Texas; a brother, David Tutt of Gilmer, Texas; two sisters, Joyce Abney of Antlers, Oklahoma and Helen Inman of Dallas, Texas; former husband, George Splawn of Dallas, Texas; a granddaughter , Patricia Clevenger of Dallas, Texas; five great grandchildren; two nieces, one nephew and a host of other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, K.C. and Opal Tutt; and a son, Ricky Peace. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Bates Family Funeral Home. Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Bates Family Funeral Home with Tammy Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at Dalby Springs Cemetery. Click Here for Video |
