Tuesday, May 4, 2010 Bates Family Funeral Home Obituary: Mrs. Janice Marie Presley Brazier passed from this life on May 2, 2010 at the age of 66 at her home in De Kalb, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born December 13, 1943 in Clarksville, Texas to Eulen R. and Laura Bell Presley. She was a member of Avery Missionary Baptist Church, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Association of Northeast Texas. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister, Gloria Jane Presley; and a son, Benny Lee Brazier, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Benny Lee Brazier, Sr. of De Kalb, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Eulen Gene and Scheryl Brazier of Palmer, Texas, James R. and Kim Brazier of Palmer, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria Ann and Doug Perry of Redwater, Texas, Laurie Kay and Jeff Wages of De Kalb, Texas; one sister, Patsy Ann Presley of Austin, Texas; a very special aunt, Johnnie Baird of De Kalb, Texas; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and a number of other relatives. She is loved more than words can express and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Bates Family Funeral Home. Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Bates Family Funeral Home with Rev. Roddy Jackson and Robby Bates officiating. Interment will follow at Avery Cemetery.
