Obituary:
Mr. Charlie Joe Pruitt of De Kalb, Texas passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 at his home in the Spring Hill Community. He was 86.

Charlie was born March 19, 1923 in Beebe, Arkansas, to Atticus G. and Rosie Price Pruitt. He was a Barber and a Veteran of the United States Army Air Corps. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, De Kalb, Texas.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Jeanita Pruitt of De Kalb, Texas and Rod and Cheryl Pruitt of Rockwall, Texas; nine grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Gay Pruitt and a daughter, Patricia Lynn.

Graveside Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Spring Hill Cemetery.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Charlie's passing. He was such a nice and polite man and a good barber as well. He cut my late husband's and my sons' hair for a long time. My prayers will be with the family. Diann Scott and Family
