Obituary:
Mrs. Annie Lee Hall of De Kalb, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010 at a Texarkana Nursing Home. She was 90.

Annie was born June 24, 1919 in the Spring Hill Community, De Kalb, Texas, to James Raymond and Dollie Mae Chadwick Cates. She was a Homemaker and a Methodist.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Johnnie and Peggy Hall of Texarkana, Texas and Morris Hall of De Kalb, Texas; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Mirriam Hall of San Augustine, Texas, Wilma Bass of Carrolton, Texas, Wanda and Bill Caldwell of New Boston, Texas and Loyd Roberts of Tyler, Texas; a sister, Mary Hano of New Boston, Texas; a brother, Willie Cates of Paris, Texas and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, E.M. “Mannie” Hall; and two daughters, Becky Roberts and Lillian Ballew.

Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Bates Family Funeral Home.

Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Bates Family Funeral Home with Robby Bates, Rev. Ron Whittle and Bobby Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Woodmen Cemetery.
