Friday, December 18, 2009 Bates Family Funeral Home Obituary: Mr. Ricky Keith Schwab of De Kalb, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at his home. He was 51. Ricky was born April 30, 1958 in Roswell, New Mexico to Ross Conkling Schwab, Jr. and Barbara Sue Raleigh Schwab. He was a retired machinist for Red River Army Depot. He loved to hunt and fish and made many knives. He was preceded in death by his father, Ross C. Schwab, Jr. and his Grandparents, James Hollis and Rena Raleigh. He is survived by his mother, Sue Schwab of De Kalb, Texas; a son, Clay Schwab of De Kalb, Texas; a brother and sister-in-law, Ross III and Rhonda Schwab of De Kalb, Texas; a sister, Janna Schwab of De Kalb, Texas; two nephews, Chance Schwab and Ross Schwab IV; a niece, Laura Schwab; two aunts, one uncle and many cousins and friends. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 18, 2009 at Bates Family Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 18, 2009 at Bates Family Funeral Home with Robby Bates officiating. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
