Obituary:
Patsy Jim Taylor, age 68, of New Boston, Texas died Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Ms. Taylor was a retired waitress. She is preceded in death by her father, Clifton Earl Martin, her mother, Kathleen Norton, brother, Clifton Wayne Martin, and a sister, Linda June Harmon.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Debby Taylor of Leary; her daughter, Deana Taylor of New Boston; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Joyce Kennedy of New Boston and Weda and Billy Wood of Hooks, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Ashly Taylor and Steven Taylor of Leary and Thomas Delacerda of New Boston and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 4, 2009 at Bates Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Bates Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Woodmen Cemetery under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home in DeKalb.
