Obituary:
Dottie L. Beggs, of New Boston, Texas, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Sunny Acres Nursing Center. She was 65.

Dottie was born August 9, 1946 in Fouke, Arkansas, to Wiley and Lular Moat Beel. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Maranatha Church in De Kalb, Texas.

She is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Misty and Jeff Green of Simms, Texas; 4 sisters, Doris Jennings, Rosie Gorham, Dovie Wandrey and Beatrice Purifoy; a brother, Melvin Beel; 5 grandchildren, Hunter Byram, Slayde Green, Denver Green, Ashlynn Green and Rayden Green; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at Bates Family Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Minter officiating. Interment will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery in Simms, Texas.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Bates Family Funeral Home.
